Questions, squeezed
What exactly is a Bouncing Banunu?
A super-soft, slow-rise squishy banana sealed inside a blind box. About 15 cm of premium squeeze, with a bouncy outer and a smooth gel core that blooms back slowly every time. Peel the foil and it practically bounces out at you. 🍌
It's a blind box, so can I pick my colour?
That's the whole thrill. Every box is sealed, so which of the seven colours you get stays a surprise until you peel. It's all about the chase. ✨
What are the 7 colours?
Yellow Sunshine and Lime Green (Common), Bubblegum and Cherry Red (Uncommon), Galactic (Rare), Pearl (Super Rare), and the legendary Golden Sparkle (Secret). The kawaii face is the same on every one. Only the colour and finish change, and the three rarest sparkle with real glitter. ✨
How rare are the rare ones?
Rare means rare. The glittery colours appear far less often than the everyday Commons, which is exactly what makes pulling one feel so good. We keep the precise odds under wraps to protect the surprise. 💛
What is it made of, and is it safe?
A soft, stretchy TPR shell with a smooth gel filling, made to be squished again and again. Please don't cut it open or eat it. It's a squishy, not a snack. Made for ages 3+, so keep it away from children under 3 and pets.
What does slow-rise mean?
Press it down and watch it slowly, softly bloom back to shape. That gentle re-rise is the whole vibe, calming, mesmerising, and impossible to put down.
When will my order ship?
Series 1 is on pre-order now and ships in December. You get tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Shipping costs show at checkout before you pay, and The Tray and up ship free. 🍌
Can I return it?
Yes. Unopened, sealed boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email info@banunus.com within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it, shipping on us. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Full details are in our returns policy. 💛
